It's better to sale it on a yard sale, you will get more money for it.
Remember it's seasonal. So whatever the season is, that's the type of clothes you want to take in to sell. I would just take what you have in and whatever they don't buy, you can sell online.
Only if you have all high brand clothes. I would try selling honestly.
