Eleven years ago, I lost my job and had nowhere to go. This place was the last one in the phone book to call. Very thankful they placed my son and I as I had never been homeless before. Very wonderful program and I wish we could have more programs like this one all over Oregon.

Could you use some homemade crochet baby blankets? They are new, laundered after completion and individually placed in jumbo baggies. ?

Sure! We give them out in our welcome bins when families move into our shelter or into their own home. Is that something that can be dropped at 1055 Edgewater St NW? We typically have people around during business hours, M-F.

I’m currently pregnant and homeless since December 25,2021 with my fiancé? I’ve been looking for places for us and can’t find anything. And was wondering if you have space?

We didn't when I checked on Friday, but things might have changed over the weekend. If possible, could you call our office in the morning? The Warming Centers are open if you need a place tonight. You can reach them by calling 2-1-1

I recommend connecting with either 211info.org or Mid-Valley Community Action Agency. Both programs can better direct single individuals who seek homeless services.

Our partners ARCHES and NW Human Services provide this resource for our community. Are you able to check with them?

Is there any homeless shelter that is open and has space for 2 people

At this time, 8/11/2020, our shelter does not have space for two people. I recommend connecting with either 211info.org or Mid-Valley Community Action Agency. Both programs do a good job connecting people with available resources.
