Have worked with them for half a year, they have helped us so much! Showers and lunch, and laundry once a week. And now that we are not homeless anymore we still get case management through them. I am so thankful for everyone there and all the help they give. Wonderful place, wonderful people!

No idea, more than likely they use the other space for food. Breakfast is served at 9...and lunch is at 12

Yes you can receive mail there. Ask one of the staff for a form to fill out for the mail.
There is no overnight sleeping there. Its essentially a day room. Meals tv laundry etc.
They do showers in the morning .laundry they have a close closet and food box once a year very nice people
Yes, but you need to arrive there quite early in the morning. You can do one load. Monday and Wednesday is women only in the mornings, but you can go any day of the week. They do have a limit on the amount of people who can come in at one time. There is coffee, some hygiene supplies and and access to other services. Arches will also be expending their services to include laundry in November.
They open at 9 am ... They have breakfast and lunch .. They have a clothes closet .. They also help you get birth certificates .. State id .. Help with housing .. They take you to west Salem clinic if needed .. They saved my life......
