When you go for the first time, they'll have you read and initial the range rules. No rapid fire (unless it's a drill in one of their classes). Mostly good, common sense, safety related stuff.
.223 max. rifle cartridge. No shooting more than one round per second. Discount for LEO or retired LEO. This is an inside range with targets that you control.
I know rapid fire isn't allowed.
Shotgun are allowed as well provided you shoot either buck or slugs. No bird shot.
