Acquaintance thrown out of Mother-In-Law's House - how does e get a room for the night?

They are a day shelter only. They will open as a warming shelter with mats on the floor when the Portland warming shelters are open for the night. I believe it's when the temp drops to freezing at night. They can give you information on other places to get help.

As far as I know the heart doesn't offer rooms. They have many resources to help those in need daily and as the temperature drops they will open a warming shelter. I believe the temp has to hit freezing for that to happen. I may be wrong about which church it is but I do believe that the church just up the street a few blocks from the heart is where to go to talk to someone about help getting a room for a few nights. Either way the fathers heart is a great place to go to get all the information you'll need.
