The channel lineup is amazingly poor. If we had another option we'd switch in a heartbeat. Even with the "sports" package or whatever they call it, there is no MLB or NFL network. Not to mention no TruTv to watch some of the March Madness games.

They have good Customer service But for some reason they cannot fix my Internet. My Internet is really slow sometimes. There is times when it doesn't work. Their technician came out three times and says everything is fine every time.
