I would agree. I have had several less than ideal experiences with them. They don’t seem to hesitate lying to customers either.
I've been using 3G's for almost a decade and have always had excellent service. Their motto used to be a "working guys garage for the working class"' and I can only give them thumbs up. They have saved me so much over the years plus great group of guys working there. I'm sorry you had this experience. If true, you should file a complaint with the state for follow up. You'll probably have to have proof that parts were NOT replaced, etc.
