June 26th 2020 I called complaining of a skin condition. July 14th I have an appt and am given doxycycline. Those dont work and I called to update and they send cephalexin. Thos dont quite work and they finally bring me in for telederm appt to take pics of my skin condition and am told that ill have a dermatolgy appt the next week. I am currently on the 3rd round of treatment, it burns my skin and the illness appears to still be spreading. I told the nurse, Lindy, this and she replied along the lines of, "you have to use the meds for the full 7 days before we can do that consult". Throughout this entire time my neighbor and I discocer that we have the same condition. We believe it was caused by the poor conditions of our apartment building (i have all kinds of evidence but I digress) plumbing whuch resulted in all of us being exposed to sewer gas among other things. Anyway, dont use this VA, they are more concerned about money than veteran health.
