Cannot recommend Dr. Asherman and his staff enough! So attentive and great bedside manner. Had to get ankle surgery with him and I was so happy with my treatment throughout the entire process. Thank you Spectrum Ortho team!

I came in on 5/27 for a lingering knee issue that had suddenly became worse. I went into the walk-in clinic, where a PA Allyson Baysol was on duty. I was in a great deal of pain. I am to have an MRI on Tuesday. I thought the situation had changed significantly enough for a visit. Allyson never looked at my knee then told me I was wasting my time and money. She behaved like I was wasting her time. Horrendous service.

I would give this company a zero if I could. I have been waiting for over 3 weeks for medical records so I can have my surgery. I saw these jokers twice. Once for a consultation visit where the doctor told me" You don't have arthritis so I can't help you" . Then a shot in my knee (that made everything 100% worse). Now my PCP needs those records for my surgery and they say they only have records of my first visit. We have been arguing for weeks about where the notes are? They have no record of me getting an injection at their office! Remind you I am self employed and haven't worked in over 2 weeks. This is costing my company $200-$500 dollars a day! I am about ta loose everything and you can't talk to anyone. When I call all I get is a phone rotary. SO $3,500 in the whole later. They still have no Medical Records. I still an bed ridden and can't walk or move. My doctor can't proceed forward and I pay 100% of the price. Stay away. Stay far, far, away from this joke of a medical practice!

The service I received was adequate. Regarding billing I have left three voicemails to make a payment on my bill. I first tried the website which wouldn’t recognize my personal credentials. After identifying the website wouldn’t work, I have tried three times to make a payment over the phone. No one answers and they promise to call back within 2-3 business days. No one calls back! I’ve never seen a business so focused on not collecting payment for service. I would recommend you absolutely avoid this business.
