Brought in vehicle for brakes, pads, oil change and alignment desperately needed. Front desk customer service associate wearing a thick gold or silver chain had attitude as soon as I walked in. I told him I was looking for the least expensive options but quality and he laughed at me and make a snide comment that they are expensive. Strike 1. I needed a ride or cab recommendations to get to the waterfront for work and he basically told me he had nothing to offer me and there are no cab companies in Portland anymore. Strike2. I walked away and shrugged and he had the Nerve to call me out and go into a rant how he didn't want to service my car. I should have left then but I hoped that idiot would be professional. They called me at 1:30pm after having my car since 9:30 and intentionally quoted me $1200.00 for brakes and they don't have the parts.... Gonna be an overnight situation. Losers. Took it to a prime dealership next day .... $500.00 for brakes with the requested alignment. Funny that half the negative comments are from women. I gave it right back to that unprofessional joke of man. Get a life and know how to treat your customers and don't price gauge because your ego was bruised.

Very good service here. Came in to get my tires put on, I was in and out within an hour. Didn't expect they would get my vehicle ready that fast. Will definitely be a return customer for anything tire related. Stop by if this shop is located near you, give them a try. I had such a good experience here and hope you have the same.

I wouldn't recommend using these guys for your repairs. One of the most crooked repair shops in the state of Maine. Very unprofessional. Went in to have my pulleys on my car looked at and diagnosed ,they didn't even have the appropriate tool to do the work. So they use a pry bar to try to get my belt off and warped my harmonic balancer pulley. So they did more damage then they did good. Then they charge me for the work that they couldn't even do. Then Bobby from 3gs tells me when we get the appropriate tool to do the job we will call you to finish the work we charged you for . This never happened. When i did call i got a hostile response from when of the technicians named Josh telling me your not welcome to bring your car back here ever again. May I also remind everyone going here that these techs are all family members covering each others back when they have issues. People going here for repairs BEWARE!! PROCEED WITH CAUTION!!
