When open during buisness hrs u can get non ethanol gas or any fuel but when they are closed u will need a fuel card to use there pumps
I think if you have an account you can get gas anytime, not 100% sure tho
You have to apply for a CFN card. Once you have the card, you can use the pumps anytime.
