Have ordered online multiple times and my order has been correct once. The only change is no mayo add mustard. Mustard is missed almost every time.

1st no prices anywhere to be found... the signs they have hanging around at kid level is not ok.... food was good that's why they get a 3⭐️ but over all I'm not in happy with $40 for 3 sandwiches not meals and no drinks!!! We won't be back THEY ALSO CHARGED US FOR 2 THINGS THAT WERE .99 THAT WE DID JOT ASK FOR ON OUR SANDWICHES

Very disappointed over the terrible customer service from this location. I placed an online order and after it showed delivered but wasn't on my porch I called the restaurant and spoke to Christian. He said he would call his delivery driver and ask if she knew where it was delivered. He called me back stating she had left it on my porch and I told him, no, that's why I called because it wasn't left on my porch. He then told me to go door to door looking for my order! I said really? Is that the solution? He said yes, he was too busy to remake it and if they did it would be hours before it would be delivered at this point and to call and let him know if I don't find it. I was shocked and did go check the porches next to my house on each side, of course there was no delivery there so I called again and asked if he could resend it, he had such an attitude with me and told me he would ask his driver to go find where she dropped it off and bring it to me. Again, I was shocked! So I asked the name of the manager and he said "Christian" and I said "wait, isn't that your name?" And he said yes, I am the manager. At that point I didn't even know what to say, I was just in shock at his attitude and solutions offered, so I said ok thank you and hung up. I was never upset, never raised my voice, I understand places are short staffed and doing their best, but all I wanted was the sandwich order I paid for and the attitude and sarcasm I was met with was just really shocking. I used to order often from this location but definitely will not be back. I still haven't gotten a refund or anything, and while my order was delivered after two hours by then I didn't trust Christian and didn't want to eat it as I had no idea if this was the same order that had been misdelivered or a replacement. Disappointed. Don't recommend.

This is the worst Jimmy John's in the area. The customer service is almost always bad, with employees acting annoyed you're even in there. The food is usually poorly made, but the ingredients themselves are high quality and the bread is always delicious. The attached picture is the unwich I got today. I couldn't even eat it without a fork it was such a mess and poorly thrown together, something only this specific Jimmy John's does. I hope this location improves, but we won't be back, which is a shame considering we live so close.

No, but are made with all natural meats and real cheese. Somthing you usually dont find at other sandwich shops.
