Not happy after this visit. Went into the store bought gift cards. Went out to use my rewards. Not available, and then the system wasn't recognizing my # and the poor person working at the gas station didn't have an answer. The store couldn't help either. Not happy with Safeway.

Poor customer service I WISH I COULD GIVE A ZERO!! I talked with kyle and he couldnt understand about prices in his store and disrespect for loyal customer 10+ years. Please don't Shop there go to smokey point better service and cheaper too. I and my family will no longer Shop at arlington safeway. Thanks E. I ordered groceries online for the first time yesterday. I didn't do the "arrived" parking correctly, so the notice to the store that i was there did not go through. But Betty noticed me and said she'd be right back. She came back with my groceries so quickly and was very nice. I offered her a tip and she refused it. That's the kind of person with integrity that I truely admire. I'll definitely be back. Thanks, Betty!
