I was in the emergency room because my blood pressure was so out of control the attendant position when I got there was amazing and really highly recommend that I stay and get my heart checked out the first nurse I had was amazing then at 4 AM the bottom fell out got the rudest nurse she came flying in the emergency room because there were no rooms and beds she didn’t introduce herself or say anything she had brought the porta potty by my bed and I have serious balance and weakness issues I barely touched her to balance before I sat down and she very rudely said don’t touch me you can’t make me fall or pull me down I said I’m sorry it should be on my chart that I am a fall risk and I was NOT gonna take you down I was just getting my Balance she was so rude and then she started interrogating me about my medication because normally I’m at Ochsner‘s which that’s where I will be in the future believe me!!!! “The ambulance took me to Memorial “made me feel so uncomfortable I started crying she had a terrible attitude, and approach. Never again. There’s muchhhh more don’t have enough room. I did really like my nurses on 6th floor once in room and my heart doctor and all the test procedures went smooth!!! Just don’t go to there ER if you can avoid but sure every day and shift are different…,

Lab at Diamondhead for the most part are super bug Nicki is the rudest person there. Someone needs to train her on how to look at the records without messing up the system. Three trips to get fasting lab and PSA done. Won’t be back.

How can a patient trust a medical facility where the staff including the nurses and doctors show how uncaring they are??? Gulfport Memorial is by far the worst hospital I have ever had the displeasure to go to. First off no one wants to go to the er... by ambulance , in excruciating pain, can't walk can't sit cam stand... but then told ur situation is not serious enough to be admitted. This hospital is trash!! The staff also trash!!!!

Yeah the emergency room RN Jennifer is burnt out. I can understand that as a night nurse she probably has been over worked and had to deal with a lot of difficult patients in the past, but my family has done nothing for her to receive such a rude tone and attitude. After 2 hours of waiting to see the Dr., she moves us to the longer waiting areas after seeing my brothers hand severely cut open and turning black to wait more.. She either needs to change positions to where she’s not dealing with patients like…medical records! Yeah an office AWAY from others. That or she needs some vacation, meditation, self-care, and keep self medicated. Overall my family has never had a good experience in the past with this hospital’s ER.
