Not taking new patients, no point in calling if you are a new patient. Would have loved to been able to see a doctor here but I guess that isn't an option.

I’ve been with one of these Dr.’s for twenty -five years. He recently joined this practice. There is no excuse of the level of incompetent patient care by this practice. A total lack of care for those whom they are well paid to treat. So sad what modern medicine has become - a cattle farm.

I’ve received very good care here. My PCP is Dr. Hession and I’ve never met a more thorough, thoughtful doctor. Overall the care has been stellar and the staff is fantastic. While I’ve come to learn the place is poorly managed, hence the poor reviews listed here, that’s not the fault of the doctors or the staff. That goes back to management. The office staff are always happy and pleasant, the CNAs / medical staff are always sweet as pie and the doctors are traditional in the respect that they treat the patients unlike a number. That’s not easy to find anymore. When I’ve received referrals, it’s to the practitioner the doctor feels is best for my situation, not just someone whose name they randomly pulled from a list. Follow-up call backs are prompt and professional. I’m not shuffled around, I’m treated respectfully.
