Somebody is actually going to just take you down you pieces of human waste. When it was Seattle first day was a good bank you are the worst of the worst beside Chase I can't believe that if I give you $100 for a cashier's check and then hand it right back to you you tell me that I have to wait 3 days are you people totally insane

Everyone at this branch is so kind even when it is busy or they have to deal w difficult customers! I had a very bad day and they were patient and understanding. Thanx for being a light in my darkness.

I am DONE with Bank of America. They put my check on hold for 10 days!!!! DONE. ILLEGAL! I HIGHLY SUGGEST NOT BANKING WITH THEM. You will get screwed over. Some of the agents are great over the phone, but then others are not. She told me that two other agents were lying about being able to push my check though. I have school clothes shopping I need to get done. Bills I need to pay. This is wrong and I will be reporting them

Bank of America is a horrible bank. They literally lie to there customers and charge fees for their mistakes. I had a corporate Supervisor Josh tell me his agent made a mistake that cost me money. I filed a claim and they gave me a temporary debit card so my account wouldn't get charged for a account that was closed. And the agent didn't do what he should have and my account still got charged. Horrible bank. Please don't bank there. I'm closing my account and go bank elsewhere. You are a corporate Robber.
