Superior Insulation was recommended to me by a contractor friend that has used them for years. From the initial meeting with Isaac their salesman to the two different crews, one for spray foam and the other for fiberglass batts, I could not be more pleased with this company. Timely responses to emails or text. Product knowledge, that saved thousands of dollars. Crews that kept the areas masked off and cleaned up after completing the work. Missed required work while insulating the attic that was then called out be the Home Inspector. When we called them to come back and correct it they were late and damaged 3 areas of the ceiling in the home we have listed for sale. When we complained their only response was to tell us to fix it and send them a bill! Outrageous!!

I had them out to take out the insulation in my attic and install new. This company is without a doubt the worst company I have ever had at my house. No return phone calls, showing up when they were not scheduled and then not showing up when they were. Wanting money up front after all the no shows and the worst part was there guy in charge. He would promise one thing and the exact opposite would happen. Worst case of left hand not talking to the right I have ever seen. There pricing was the cheapest I found and that should have been a give away that there service would match that.
