I have a 12-13 y/o dog that is really not well. She can't walk hardly at all. Both front & back legs are affected. She is also angry. I cannot drive.

Well you're going to have to either take the dog to get it euthanized or get some Transportation do take it to Montgomery County Animal Shelter but if you live in Conroe you need to take it to the Conroe Animal Shelter
