I have a friend who is totally disabled. He has a cat he wants spayed she is totally deaf but a sweetheart. He has asked if i am allowed to bring his info an get the cat spayed for him as he doesnt walk very well. Will they allow this.

I'm not sure but call and ask. And try animal coalition of Tampa or ACT and they will likely be able to help. And they offer a $10 voucher to cover surgery and pain meds as well. Good luck!!! I have only ever adopted from pet resource center.
