I have a five yr old pit bull and recently had no pass surgery and can no longer care for him.He is neutered and very well trained. He needs more attention than I can give him. Please help me find a home for him.

I know it's probably hard for you but make an appointment with Humane Society of Tampa Bay and they're very good with the animals let them know exactly like all his tricks and whatever he's used to being around children or other animals and they will find a perfect home for him they are a no-kill shelter

Check out the rescues near you. They will search for a good home as long as you can hold on to him. Unfortunately the Humane Society will take him to Faulkenberg if they cannot adopt him out to be killed...that's how they keep the "no kill" title. Most pits DO NOT make it out alive. It's a shame you could not give him a furever home :(
