Try ACT animal coalition of tampa.They offer lower rates for lower income families.

Maybe you can try the Care Animal Hospital or some other facility can maybe work out payments if you want to go that route I'm pretty sure Hillsborough County pet facility probably isn't the place you're looking for though

The humane society of Tampa Bay has a cheap medical center for animals. You can see how much they would charge to help the dogs.

I don't think ACT does any major medical - only vaccinations, spay/neuter, heart &a flea meds
