Does anyone know if they are still in bussines? We called multiples times and left messages. As a long time client with 3 dogs we are at a loss as to why we can't get a return phone call, no excuse for that.

I had a hard time getting them to but finally did. They are only taking the pets in one or two at a time. You have to wait in the car. And my appointment is a month out. So they are really busy.
