My experience at new life veterinary hospital with Dr. Monterrey was the best experience I’ve had at a veterinary hospital. They took the time to explain everything I needed to know and made me feel comfortable in the face of a very scary situation with my dog. I definitely found our new doggy doctor. So thankful. 10/10 recommend

I have been taking my pets to the Polk County Animal Hospital for many years. My husband brought our precious Tinkerbell, Tink, years ago to have her put down. They were very compassionate and made this sad day a little easier for him. I have a cat, who is rather a difficult creature to examine, however, she still receives excellent care from the specialist at this clinic. Prices are very reasonable and that is a huge issue for me, as I’m sure it is with many these days with rising inflation. Out on North 98, but worth the drive and the gas. After all, how many times do we actually go to the vet? Have a God filled day! 🙋‍♀️

After being hospitalized at another vet and still so sick and miserable, I took him to Polk County and they examined him and did testing. Couple hours later I went to get him. The next morning the Vet called and gave me a diagnosis and discussed all the test results. We went down and picked up the meds and he started feeling better right away. Will be going here from now on. As a RN I expect a high standard of care so I'm pretty fussy and this is the place to go.

Great place. I take my cat Tommy there for all his medical needs and yearly check ups. I leave him there when on vacation and they treat him with a lot of love. The doctor and staff are excellent. See incredible photos shot by Triple A Pro on YouTube!
