Does the Seffner location have its own phone number? Calling to make an appointment is impossible (after 5 minutes of waiting it hangs up) and last time I called they never called back.

No, you just have to repeatedly call the Lakeland location. It took me until around 9:30 to get someone to answer. Just keep calling, they are super busy first thing in the morning.

We have dealt with TLC for years. They are fantastic. Loved it when they opened the Seffner office cut our travel time in half. Keep calling until you get through for their great service . If it's an emergency go to an emergency clinic in your area.
