Used to love this place. But on my last visit, I had a terrible experience that will keep me from going there again. I have back and shoulder pain so I carry a purse that I can wear over both shoulders to alleviate the pain. I am a 63 year old, grey haired woman. They asked me to leave my purse, with my driver's license, credit cards, cash, etc... at the front counter!! Uh, No!!! I will not be returning. The really stupid thing is that had I carried the exact same purse over only one shoulder, they wouldn't have said anything! Utter stupidity! So long Ace.

They were absolutely wonderful! I was looking to purchase a Traeger grill. They spent so much time in the store educating me on them. Then when I decided to purchase one they held one in the back for me until I could get there to pay. The assembled it and delivered it for free! When they got to my house they spent another hour giving me instructions on getting started. Today I am purchasing one for a gift and going right back there to them!
