Hi Jeff. If you had been seeing sick birds (Pine Siskins) at your feeders, and you had taken down the feeders and cleaned them. (Also cleaned your feeding area.). Then, yes. Three weeks is the recommended down time. You should be good to start feeding again.. Regards...
