Hi King Blanketfort, they are a small nonprofit with a small budget so they are only open Monday - Thursday. They plan to be open more as more people participate and operational donations increase.
There actually are a few that are open on weekends. You can get a list of all the food banks and their schedules on the DHS website or you can Google search the Salem Resources Guide and download it.

The office is not available on the weekends, but once you are signed up, you can shop on Saturday.
