There is free bread available to the community. But get the full benefits of Hope Station, you must become a member, and that entails an application, volunteer hours each month & a nominal monthly fee. (It's worth it!)
Hope Station is so much more than a food bank! It's a place where both your body and you spirit will be fed. The membership fee is $30 and 2 hours of volunteer time per month. In return, members are able to "shop" twice a month for food {including milk, eggs, butter, peanut butter and freezer foods} as well as clothing and other household items. Additionally, members get to select one item a month from the "Bed, Bath & Beyond" items which include household linens, mattresses covers, and small appliances such as coffee makers and the like. As previously mentioned, members cannot be getting SNAP assistance and an application is required.
Everything Renee said is correct and you can't be receiving Food stamp benefits (aka SNAP benefits)
I think so but I would call them to get the best info on the food bank
