My husband I purchased an EPSON WF-7620 in November 2017. It has worked fine up until the past month or so. I am having problems with one cartridge not printing--yellow. I live in The Dalles when could I bring it in?

Any time 9-5 M-F! Our technicians aren't always immediately available to diagnose problems with you there, but we can check the printer in and call you (usually within 1 business day) to let you know what we've found.

I would say just call them or head on in because they are a plus customer service and in my case it was same day repair but I was in a real pinch and they took good care of me and did not overcharge either.
