Never been in person, but I recently bought one of my wishlist plants online from their website. The plant was bigger than expected; and their shipment was faster and neater than other larger online retailers I’ve purchased from. Thank you!!

I found this online nursery and was quite happy to find the plant I was looking for, a Peacock Begonia. The website was easy to navigate and has a nice selection of plants. I made the purchase and received the plant in a timely manner. Unfortunately, I couldn't get the plant to recover from the stress of being shipped and placed in a new home. I sent an email asking for advice on how to help my plant to recover. I received a prompt response and was asked to send pictures of the plant. I received a second response which was very pleasant and professional. An explanation of what could be wrong with the plant was given and I was issued a gift card for the full amount of my purchase to replace the plant. Not once was the care I gave the plant questioned. I will definitely shop this website again. Great customer service, I highly recommend them.

I used to love pistils, it’s super cute and has lovely plants (while very expensive) however I recently bought a couple new plants only to discover they are infested with fungus gnats and now I’m dealing with an outbreak. This isn’t the first time I’ve had a big issue with Pistils. About a yeah ago I bought a ($70!!!!) stag horn fern that I ended up throwing away because it had a scale infection. Be wary of the plants at pistils.

I ordered a pink princess (Philodendron) from Pistils Nursery. I had it shipped all the way to southern Georgia. When my Grandmother received it, she said it was a perfectly wrapped and boxed plant. She described it as the most beautiful plant she has ever owned. It is now the pride of her collection. This order was especially important as my grandmother is terminally ill with metastatic lung cancer. Without knowing any of this, Pistils Nursery did a wonderful job making this gift special. Thank you so very much.

Thank you for the information.
I haven't seen bonsai's at that particular shop in the past couple of months. If you look up Portland Nursury and possibly go there. They have a great variety of Bonsai both indoor and outdoor. I would go for a Japanese maple tree bonsai or a juniper. Juniper bonai are the easiest to care for especially for beginners. I hope this helps
Check here but also check the Portland Nursery on DIVISION ST (NOT STARK) THE dvision location has over 30 varieties of bonsai's
