This has to be the best printer repair business in Portland! Darrell Schulden, their service technician, was incredibly helpful to me. In this day and age, when we fear we'll be taken advantage of...Darrell proved there are still some Honest people alive! He could have told me anything and made me pay a kings ransom to fix my printer. Instead...he showed me how to clean a part, that resolved the problem! How great, honest, and respectable is that !!! I recommend this business to anyone who has printer issues!

Any time 9-5 M-F! Our technicians aren't always immediately available to diagnose problems with you there, but we can check the printer in and call you (usually within 1 business day) to let you know what we've found.
Hi Laurie. The cartridges are detected by a sensor that may be damaged or need a cleaning. Our technicians can clean the sensor, if you wish to bring the machine down to our service center. I believe they will be in tomorrow (Thurs 9/15), as they are out in the field almost all of today.
