Absolutely they will buy them, or give you store credit. Giving them away or selling on Facebook does nothing to help a small business owner stay in business.
They price decently for bulk lego buy give more money if you're looking to do in store trade credit. But absolutely they will take it.
If you want the convenience of getting rid of them all at once, however, yes they do take loose Legos. Well, i should say, they sell loose Legos, so I'd be surprised if they didn't buy as well!

I would try Facebook market place they are not going to give you a whole lot for them you would have better luck on Facebook or giveing them out for free could be rewarding as well
