Had an insurance claim for a hit and run during the snow days. I have used Caliber many times, but this was the first time using Caliber in Monroe. The staff up front was welcoming and friendly. They are busy, so parking is a little chaotic. Steve, my service rep, was professional and efficient. The estimate process was quick and easy. My damage did not require immediate work to be done so we set up an agreeable work schedule, which allowed for parts to be ordered in advance and helped speed up the process in today's Post-Covid environment. The repairs we done to satisfaction and my truck looks great. Thank you Steve and the team at Caliber in Monroe!

This was my first experience at this place and I just have to say I was completely blown away with how great it was! Came in Monday afternoon to replace a side mirror that I had taken clean off, and by Wednesday afternoon I was driving off the lot with a new one installed. Seriously only 48 hours to consult, order the part, and install it?! Incredible! Especially with all the supply chain issues happening at the moment I was expecting to wait weeks. And, they charged me less than they had originally quoted me for! Jeremy was incredibly personable and professional and I am already thinking about taking it back to get some minor work done (repainting, dents, buffing, etc.) 10/10 would recommend!

My car needed a door repainted due to cracking and rust. I dropped off my car and was told it would take 3-4 days. The shop would not release my vehicle for 19 days, saying they got the wrong part and already disassembled the door, rather than confirm the right part before beginning the work. When I complained, no one cared or apologized. Absolutely the worst customer experience.
