If we visit Seaside this month, February, will the mall be open? I don’t want to come if everything will be closed. I’m curious also, if the fun center is open, aquarium and restaurants. Thank you!

Yes it will be open, I don't believe the fun center is open. The restaurant's are open as well.

Aquarium is open 9-5 around this time and is cold inside so bring a jacket
