Go to the Astoria branch and they will give you the application to do that. They will not let you inside at this point without an appointment but you can still do everything else they just don't let you inside. You have to wear a mask and they will hand you the paperwork outside and they you can give it back when done and they go in and process. Hope this helps
Go to the post office to change for post service, call dmv they will send you a sticker for your I'd with the correct address
