The Minty Picaxe codes have not been released yet. The few people who already have them where given to them by mistake. From what I can tell the codes should not be released until around nov 6th with purchase of some Fortnite merchandise. The best help I can give you is to recommend you ask Epic Games directly on their website for an exact date and location in which you can get one.
