Any one have OSF cater their event? Are portion sizes accurate? Menu says serves 6-8 people. Mgr had me buy 12 items to serve 56 people...12*6 should serve 72 and 12*8 should serve 96...seems like too much food...I can't d anything with leftovers...

Its alot but for what you want, you can have guests take home any left overs.
