Wow. This is the worst Spaghetti Factory I've ever experienced. It was dirty (piles of dust like it hadn't been dusted in over a month - right next to us. Spaghetti splattered & dried on the wall where we sat - do you clean between?), the bread knife wouldn't cut the bread, no plates to place the bread between bites, Italian soda was sub-par, the minestrone had no noodles & tasted like it had been cooking for 6 days - all the vegetables were the same color. Server was very nice but also very slow & did not refill drinks. Our entrees arrived after a long wait and were not even as warm as the plates they were served on. Their flavor was very bland. Felt like I was eating hospital food. Authentic Italian - I think not! Even the spumoni ice cream lacked its iconic flavor. And $55 for two ppl? Come on!

Delicious food and drinks and great customer service! Recently I visited my family and we all met up at The Old Spaghetti Factory! We had such a wonderful time that I forgot to take pictures. 📷 Personal note: I have lung disease and a compromised immune system, our waitress were a fun colorful mask the entire time while interacting with my family and I!😷💖 Dining in at restaurants can be scary for people who live with compromised immune systems and finding a safe SPACE that provides reasonable accommodations hasn't always been easy to find during the on going COVI-19 pandemic. The Old Spaghetti Factory provides reasonable accommodations for immune compromised people and I look forward to eating here again. 🙏🏼💜 🙏🏼Thank you The Old Spaghetti Factory for providing reasonable accommodations for people who live with a compromised immune system!💕🙏🏼

Lizbeth provided 5 star service! Mucho gusto. Garrett, manager, spoke with me about special events planning. I had spaghetti with meatballs and Italian sausage which was very good.

Beautiful, family-oriented restaurant with ok food. Parking can be challenging, and you should always expect a short wait (at least 25 minutes). However, once you’re inside, the decorations and details are sharp! The menu offers a generous amount of options, including gluten free and vegetarian. The prices are good, and meals include bread, soup or salad, and a scoop of ice cream. Some of the dishes are quite good (spinach ravioli), and others, not so much…. The staff are pleasant. And last, the restaurant is very very loud.

Madeleine Yes, Vancouver is open for lunch!
Yes, my husband loves the mizithra cheese and brown butter. They also have a coulple other non tomato based options.
My parents had them cater an event and I didn't hear anything about lots of leftovers.
