They are open Monday-friday from either 9-2 or 10-2 i think i cant remember

We changed our hours at the beginning of the pandemic, and are now open 10am-2pm Monday-Friday with no lunchtime closure.
Do you mean the lunch bags or the brown grocery bag of food? Lunch bags are for homeless. They have a window open during lunch time and give a lunch bag to the homeless. If you mean the food bag then you stand in line during open hours (I believe m-f noon-2:30 but you can check on food bank website list). You bring your id and fill out some info the first time. Then they give you an account number. After that, you are allowed to come once a month and get enough food for your family size.
We no longer require any documentation in order to receive food. All we ask is that you bring the names and birthdays of everyone in the household for identification purposes. This information is kept completely confidential.
