Do you mean the lunch bags or the brown grocery bag of food? Lunch bags are for homeless. They have a window open during lunch time and give a lunch bag to the homeless. If you mean the food bag then you stand in line during open hours (I believe m-f noon-2:30 but you can check on food bank website list). You bring your id and fill out some info the first time. Then they give you an account number. After that, you are allowed to come once a month and get enough food for your family size.
Hi Yoko! First, go inside and register as a new client at the Front Desk. As a client, you are eligible for a food box once a month, you may shop the lobby for produce & bread once a week, and access clothing once a month. We are open M-F from 10am -12pm, and 12:30pm - 2:45pm. We are also open the first and third Saturdays of every month from 10am - 12pm. We provide snack bags for our friends living outside, M-F from 12pm - 2:45pm. I hope that is helpful! :)
The personal meals you would stop by the back door and have your I'd, there are specific times but I don't know what they are. The food boxes you would go to the front door between 10&3:30. You still need I'd for yourself and proof of household size. They are very happy to help guide you through the process
