In the restaurant part, yes. But a good portion of it is a bar.

Yes...but it is mainly professional type of atmosphere and there is a bar and it it not casual dress..no dress code ... but you will stick out if you are not in dinner wear attire...kids are welcome but might not be the right place for a 9 yr old
