You have to call the authorities. Make sure that you get some witnesses. Contact the owner of the other dog, take lots of pictures and make sure that you write down the description right away that way you don't forget later on because you're going to have to take care of your dog. Also people copies of your vet visit and make sure to ask your doctor about more details about the wounds of your dog. Probably best to have audio recorded
