We are not certified as organic, but operate using organic standards. No hormones or antibiotics. We do not feed any grain to the milk cows, they are grass and forage fed. They are allowed to go out to pasture every day.

Hi, Schock's does not sell "Certified Organic" milk. They Do, however, sell Organic milk, in that the cows are fed grass and silage hay, and they are not given hormones. That's it, straight-up, un-homogenized milk, and side from getting your Pasteurized milk straight from the tap, you don't get anymore "Organic" than that. The outrageous cost and lower standards of government Organic Certification would not only decrease the quality of Schock's milk, but would put Dave Schock out of business. If you have further questions, you can visit the farm and actually talk to Dave and his lovely wife, (they are honest, shoot-from-the-hip people), plus, you can even meet and pet the cows from whom your wonderful Schock's Creamery milk came from the very morning you happen to visit! I hope this helps!!
