You can only bring kittens in if they have been weaned off of there mother. Otherwise you have to bring the mother with them.
Take them to animal services usually kittens tend to be adopted quickly
Try a rescue or SPCA over animal services. They are already so flooded with animals, the likely outcome isn't good.
Look for a place to take them...spca or similar. You have to take them or call animal services and they'll help you if you can't
I would take them down as kittens go pretty quickly from,what I understand.
