Not sure but they are the best Vet place I've found that are reasonable for vaccines , check ups & surgery I wouldn't take my furry baby anywhere else
I think they keep their prices low so that they dont need to offer financial assistance.
I don't think they do have assistance but their fees are incredibly low. Quality of treatment is excellent.
I dont think so, but their prices are half the cost of regular vets. Surgery for my Chihuahua would've been $300, but at ACT it was only $150 and they did a great job!
