Is it possible Optima couldn't get in touch with you when you first opened your case? Your case could have been closed due to lack of communication.
I have a hard time getting in contact with my case manager too and it's not on this end
They do nothing and won't be helpful. Don't even think that you will get a refund either. They just get paid to jerk off.
I would call the main number and have them help you.
