Do not trust them. Any competent tax attorney can do the same that Optima "promises" to do for you. And for alot cheaper. I learned too late.

I did give my credit card number over the phone. They will automatically charge your card per any agreement you make with them. I didn't ask about other payment options

No no credit cards you can send them a check. Or a payment payment plan with them.
