I hired this company back 2019 and they still have not done anything to get me a settlement with the iIRS. During the pandemic I did not hear from them for almost two years. Finally in April of 2022 I heard from them and that they were moving my case into the last part of litigation and start settling with the IRS. Hearing from them occasionally with updates. I received a letter in the mail from ideal tax solution stating they have terminated my contract with them. No explanation as to why . I’ve tried to contact them on several occasions after receiving their letter. To date no return calls or emails. This company is a fraud and they are not going helping you they want your money and then finds a reason to terminate your contract. I was skeptical about hiring them in the first place after reading their reviews but hired them after they assured me that would not be the case. Do not hire them! Lesson learned!

After a down payment I was able to set up monthly payments for the remaining balance. I receive weekly updates on my case. I am very happy with the way things are moving along.

You don’t have to sit and worry about where your case stands, they call, email or text you with regular updates. In our case, they update us weekly. If you have IRS tax problems, give them a call. It was the best decision we ever made.
