No. My confidence that they have worked the best deal for me is comprised. They will not disclose in writing what specific work they have done, charge or rates for each stage, and whom they have consulted.
Absolutely Not! This company has poor business practices. They left my tax situation in worse condition than when I first contacted them, and unfortunately, I believed them. I did everything I was asked to do. They did not leave me in a better position. Not to mention, the money I paid could have been paid directly to IRS. Now, I am paying more than the agreement I independently had with IRS, and my taxes owed have almost doubled after one year of working with this place. They have refused to refund any of my money. Best con job.
I really don't trust anyone but when I paid Optima to handle my tax problems, they communicated with me every step of the way and they fully satisfied my issues. I sent them about $900 to get started and then another $800 when they finished my returns. I got 3 years of refunds and that just about washed what I paid.
Yes I trust Optima Tax Relief!!!!! I would not have done it any other way......
