I was told that they base your income and how much you make each month is this true and you don't have any utilities are you paid your rent

I have social security. Can you get in with Social security for your rent.

They are income based and I believe you have to apply thru Vancouver Housing Authority because they manage the properly. I don't know about utilities though. I would suspect garbage and water are covered and electricity you pay if its like any of their other properties. Its also senior living so i believe 55 or 60+ most folks there no longer earn income so its based on their retirement benefits or SS
